Notes
Children must be at least 9 yrs old. Children aged 9 -17 pay adult rates. There must be at least one adult over 25yrs old who passes ID verification. The maximum age is 80 yrs. You may only use a credit card. A $350 security hold will be placed on your card one day after checkin. This will be released if no damage occurred and the house rules/rental agreement were followed.Â
