50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Children must be at least 9 yrs old in order to satisfy the minimum health and safety requirements regarding items such as decks without safety rails, unguarded wood fires, unfenced outdoor baths, farm creek and farm water troughs. Children aged 9 -17 pay adult rates. The Head Guest must be a minimum of 25yrs of age and provide ID verification after a reservation has been confirmed.
Long stay discounts - 10% for 3 nights. 15% for four or more nights.
